The Habitat 20K Passive House, a modest 819 SF 2-bedroom wood framed structure, is Alabama's first Certified Passive House. Solera Studios assisted Auburn University Habitat/20K Passive House Studio with Architectural planning and was the Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) for the project.
